For those who find getting through a million functions just to dial numbers or text a friend, the Doro 341gsm has simplified cell phone functions in order to give you one well paved way in order to make a phone call or send a message.

For those who dislike such a simple cell phone, it's as good to say that they are missing the point. Extra options reduce the battery life therefore this cell phone chooses to ignore such fancy features. This cell phone is very easy to use, and has very clear and well defined keys.

The screen is black and white and the handset is quite large. It is more of a house phone rather than your average cell phone which you can carry around you. You can try to bring it along though. Instead of the speed dials that other Doro phones have, a combination of up and down buttons are placed.

The cell phone also features an alarm clock but you can disable them if you do not use them much. The limited function sets an importance the call quality and output rather than its other functions.

You can locate a button at the back of the cell phone. It is an emergency button that helps elderly contact friends, family and emergency numbers should any queer incidence happen to him. The user can activate it by pressing the button twice in quick succession or pressing it down for a long time. It will then send a message to those listed in the emergency phone book then proceed in calling the first number listed.

You can avail of this cell phone in any department store or cell phone shop. The emergency feature cannot always be relied on since the user must remember to activate the button. But, with a Doro 341gsm you can always be assured of good call quality every time.
